DELIVERIES & RETURNS

The Auri Foods Online Store’s commitment is to have your product delivered in perfect condition in the shortest possible time.

Shipping/Delivery Deadlines

Orders are shipped via TNT carrier or other carrier designated by our company. Your orders are delivered within an average of 2 working days after shipment for mainland Portugal. For the Islands, it is estimated an average of 6 working days after shipment.

Shipping

1. CONTINENTAL PORTUGAL

For orders with delivery address in continental Portugal, the standard price is 4.90€.
For purchases over 20€, Auri Foods offers the shipping costs.

2. ISLANDS (AZORES AND MADEIRA)

For orders with delivery address in the Azores and Madeira and with a value exceeding 35€, Auri Foods offers the shipping costs.
Auri Foods informs you that it disclaims any responsibility for any delay in delivery of the order for reasons attributable to the freight forwarders or customs restrictions.

NOTICE: We are not responsible for orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Orders returned because they were not picked up on time or with incomplete addresses will only be reshipped if the customer pays the shipping costs again.

Start the Return/Replacement process

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we remind you that you have 14 days (consecutive) from the date of receipt to communicate your return. You should contact us, through encomendas@aurifoods.com or by phone: (+351) 227 831 021, indicating the item you wish to return or the situation you wish us to analyze.
Subsequently, after analysis, indication and our approval, you should send the article via carrier to

You can return the product up to 14 days after receiving it, as long as the products are as they were delivered to you (including the original packaging), that is, without being adulterated/used. Returns must be made in suitable packaging, in order to ensure the integrity of the returned products, and by registered mail to our address.

If the customer does not wish to exchange the product for another, Auri Foods undertakes to return the value of the order, via bank transfer, within a maximum of 30 working days after receipt of the product at our address.

Conditions of Acceptance for Returns/Exchanges

Although returns/exchanges are accepted within the first 14 days on distance purchases (as described above), returned goods will only be accepted if they meet the following conditions:

• The returned item must be in good condition and without any usage marks/damage.

• You must return the item together with its packaging, manuals and accessories.

• In case of violation of any of these points, we cannot accept the return (and the consequent refund) or the exchange.

Ways of refunding returns

If you want a refund, it will be made by the same way of the initial payment. Auri Foods will refund the full amount of the order, as soon as the technical verification of the condition of the product is made and verification of compliance with the conditions described above.
