Cinnamon and rosemary cookies

1. Ingredients

  • 200g spelt flour or oat flour
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
  • 70g coconut sugar
  • 70g melted coconut oil
  • 6 tablespoons oatmeal vegetable drink
  • 7 tablespoons nutritional yeast Smoked rosemary

2. Preparation

Start by combining the sugar with the coconut oil. Then add the flour, cinnamon and yeast. Finally, add the vegetable drink. Mix everything until you get a homogeneous dough that peels easily from the container and refrigerate for 30 minutes.After that time, roll out the dough with the help of a kitchen roll and with your favorite molds, shape your cookies!
