Cinnamon & rosemary cookies

Did you know that our nutritional yeast Smoked Rosemary gives an incredible flavor to your cookies and also provides you with numerous nutritional benefits?
These are the healthy cookies you can always have in a small jar in your kitchen or take to work.


    • 200g spelt flour or oat flour
    • 70g of coconut sugar
    • 2 tablespoons of cinnamon powder
    • 70g of melted coconut oil
    • 6 tablespoons of oat vegetable drink
    • 7 tablespoons of nutritional yeast Smoked Rosemary


Start by combining the sugar with the coconut oil. Then add the flour, cinnamon and yeast. Finally, add the vegetable drink. Mix everything until you get a homogeneous dough that peels easily from the container and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
After this time, roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin and use your favorite molds to shape your cookies!
