Beet Smoothie

Smoothies are always a great way to ingest a large amount of nutrients, in a simple and fast way. This time, we decided that the protagonist would be Beetroot!
The consumption of beets has many benefits, especially with regard to the heart, but among them are also lowering blood pressure, strengthening the immune system, and fighting anemia.

1.Ingredients:

      • 1 small beet
      • 1 carrot
      • 1 apple
      • 2 tablespoon of Earth Protein
      • Orange juice to taste
      • 1 slice of ginger
      • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
      • 4 ice cubes

2.Preparation:

Beat all ingredients in a blender until creamy and homogeneous.
