A wonderful recipe that can be prepared in 2 times.
- 1 cup red lentils
- 1 cup vegetable noodles
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast Cheese Free
- Olive oil to taste
1.Soak the lentils for eight hours, covered with water.
2.Cook the pasta with vegetables until cooked to your preference.
3.For the sauce, cook the lentils. Place them in a pot and cover with water. Let them cook for about 10 minutes and drain the water.
4.Then simply add the cooked lentils to the tomato sauce. For the tomato sauce, saute the onion and garlic in olive oil, then add the 4 peeled and seedless tomatoes. Saute everything for a few minutes and crush the tomatoes with the help of a potato masher. Finish with salt and pepper.
5.Mix everything together, add the Cheese Free nutritional yeast and enjoy!
